Hi there,
Just wondering, is there any way to use an opacity map/mask in Shapespark?
Trying to make a perforated mesh like in this shot, would obviously prefer to avoid using geometry.
Cheers,
John

Hello John,
Yes, you can use a base color texture with alpha channel to get such effect.
You can experience some render order related artifacts: Vegtation alpha issuse but by the end of June we plan to release an update that handles such textures without any artifacts.
And how to use “base color texture with alpha channel” ?
I couldn’t see any option in shapespark.
thanks
This should happen automatically, you just need to set a texture that has the alpha channel.
Maybe this this post can help you
