Export failed (HTTP code 500)

I exported 4 times but it was failed with this inform. Like thí, anyone help me?

Could you send a problem report from the Shapespark main window ‘Help & support’ tab, so we can check the logs?

yes. i have to export(export type: create a new scence) and reset parameters instead of updating because i have no time to wait. i’ll send that problem if i have one again. thank you.

i got this message when i tried to export from 3ds max 2020 to shapespark export failed message shapespark

Thanks for the report. We’ve already fixed the the issue, and the fix will be released tomorrow.

The just released version 2.0.1 contains the fix for the issue. Could you verify that the error no longer occurs after the update?

Guys, how are you? I did some tests until I found out what causes it.

Or caused this error,

I realized that when I tried to export an object with “helper> Dummy” when exporting the scene I had this error,

it is as if the file was dirty, so eliminating these helpers, I was able to export without problems.

but as it has already been corrected perfect.

@paulocp39, yes this was the reason. And as you say, it has already been fixed.
