Once enabled and clicked, the Automatic Tour will change the camera’s view, cycling through the pre-defined views in the order they are shown in the list. You can change the order of the views in the Viewer tab in the Editor, selecting the view will show some up/down arrows. It will carry on with the tour until the Automatic Tour button is clicked again, it will flash when active.

Sorry, but it seems we don’t support enabling automatic tour via url parameter.
However, you can enable automatic tour on scene load using relevant option in Viewer tab.
