can i export sense to offline page in windows,and Nested in html5 and pack it to app in ios??

Building standalone ios (or android) application is not supported.
What you can do, is to put a website bookmark on an iPhone home screen and it will open a scene in a full screen mode (without the browser address bar), but it will still load it over the internet: Add Web Site Bookmarks to Your iPhone's Homescreen
