I Export from 3dsmax 2022
It looks like a bug in our 3ds Max exporter. Would it be possible for you to share the 3ds Max file with us for investigation (via forum’s PM or a mail to support@shapespark.com)? Most likely we don’t need textures. Just the .max file should be enough.
