Glitching outside of interior

Hi all,

So I’ve been in the process of making a tour of a gallery space, which is almost complete.

However, I’ve been having trouble with the click/tap navigation. When I’m on the first floor and try to navigate down to the ground floor by tapping on the flooring down there, it fails and goes through the wall(s) and I end up trapped on the outside of the mesh(es).

Could anybody be so kind as to advise what could be done? On a duplicate project I’ve tried adding other invisible meshes to act as custom collisions but to no avail.

Unfortunately I’m not able to post a video of this but here is the project in question.

Thank you for pointing this one out.
We have recreated the issue on our end and trying to figure out the best solution.
We are working on a fix right now, and we will update you as soon as possible.

We have made significant update to click/tap navigation. It should work now properly in your project without any action required on your side. Navigation should work correctly in similar situations in other projects as well. If you will find any issues, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Also, tour looks amazing.
