Latin characters

Hello,I am Eri.
I use Shapespark in Japan.

I use some CAD software.
(SketchUp, ArchiCAD, etc.)

I would like to know if there are any errors that can occur when using Latin Characters.

It’s hard to avoid all Latin characters, but I want to know that I can deal with them in advance.

Is the Windows user name relevant?
An error will occur even if the material name is set with alphanumeric characters.
Is something blocking the import?

We have fixed several native character related problems in Shapespark in the past (in particular failure to handle native characters in Windows user names) and currently we are not aware of any remaining issues related to native characters handling.
