We are designing a gallery for a client. They require the video meeting function, so they will have to purchase a subscription. The standard and plus plan seem to be the only plans that supply this function but the client doesn’t need 15 online slots only 1 slot and the meeting function. Is there a cheaper option?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer cheaper plans than Standard that would include the video meetings.
If the Standard plan is too expensive for the client, perhaps you could create N meetings and hand the meeting links to the client. You could set maximum number of participant minutes for each created meeting, which would limit the number of participant minutes the client could consume from your account.
