Regarding SketchUp vs. 3ds Max: do they present different qualities if it’s exactly the same project? I ask because I work with both, but I use SketchUp much more since it’s faster.
If the model is the same then there should be absolutely no difference in quality. Both Sketchup and 3dsmax have Shapespark exporters so exporting your model will be easy in both scenarios.
