What do you mean by “chroma video”? A video meant to be transparent in regions of a certain color, like green screen or blue screen videos?
When a material uses video for the base color texture, there is Video opacity option available, which allows you to generate the opacity information using chroma keying, or to explicitly provide the opacity information in the bottom half of the video.
