After updating Shapespark, previewing and uploading is not possible when creating a new scene

The software we are using is 3dsmax2013.
I updated Shapespark from “Shapespark 2.4.1” to “Shapespark 2.5.3”.

After that, when I create a new scene, I can no longer preview or upload the scene.
Also, I get the following error message.
{“message”:"‘utf-8’ codec can’t decode byte 0x8c in position 134: invalid start byte"}

Please let me know the cause and how to deal with it.
