Sorry for being repetitive on this topic. I have a company that develops virtual congresses with shapespark. The two fundamental criticisms of our projects were: the navigation of the space on mobile devices (which have already improved and we are very happy with that) and that the spaces feel “empty”, without people.
I understand that light maps cannot be generated for animations. But maybe it would work to be able to put animated elements that and that do not produce shadows. I know it is not the best visual option but it is something that clients ask a lot. The option we use to put videos with people in chroma, but this greatly increases the resources in the project and it does not look good.
I hope you take this point because it will open up many possibilities in the market.
