Automatic tour customization

Hello!

I created a script that makes an automatic tour after closing the help box.

The box can just be closed after to whole model is loaded.
After closing it, the tour starts from top view , goes around the apartament and when it comes back to the top view, it will show the customized buttons on top of the screen.
