Bake failed Prosess exited with non zero error status

Hi guys !
I need help about Problem " Bake failed Prosess exited with non zero error status"

I used 3dsmax 2022 export to shapespark by plugin
but when i used “Bake button” and wait for a while … error message appears " Bake failed Prosess exited with non zero error status"
I tried to reimport , fix modeling , unwrap … =.= but it still failed
Please help me ! T__T

I use GPU for baking
i7-10700K
64 GB ram

Hi, could you send a problem report from the Shapespark desktop application Help & support tab?
Such report includes application logs that should help to identify the source of the problem.
