It’s the third month I’ve been using Shapespark, and I want to cancel the auto subscription immediately, because I don’t want to use it for this month, instead of next month.
You can cancel the subscription at any time and it will continue to work until the end of the period for which you already paid, but the next payment won’t be charged. Does this address your problem?
So actually I was forget to cancel this month’s subscription because I have no project to do. Beside, It is still early, can I get refund for this month?
