Can't add new team member

I’ve recently tried adding a new member to my team and I am getting a new error message that I’ve not seen before:

“Failed to add member: Paddle communication error”

I have the plus plan membership and only have 1 team member active so this should not be an issue. Can someone help with this?

Adding a team member automatically increases your subscription charge to cover the added team member plan. The most likely reason for this failure is that this increased charge was rejected by your bank. Do you have credit card limits that could cause such rejection? Could you send us your Shapespark account details to support@shapespark.com so we can investigate it further?
