Can't export to shapespark

Hi,

I’m having trouble exporting files to ShapesPark. When I export files to ShapesPark using 3dsMax, the file crashes. Please help me.

Could you report this error through help&support form in Shapespark? This way we will get the logs from your computer. (Please make sure that the attach shapespark logs to the report is checked)
