Change plan error

Hi, I have tried to change my subscription to a standard plan but at the time of making the change an error is generated that does not allow me to make the change.

Attached are the tests

Your subscription is in MXN currency that we no longer support, so while subscription renewals are supported, it’s not possible to upgrade/downgrade a plan. Please cancel your subscription and re-subscribe to the Standard plan. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know when you finish the re-subscription, and we’ll postpone your next billing date to give you one month of the Standard plan for free.

Your subscription is past due, which means you have to first update the billing info (if your payment method has expired) or contact your bank (if the transaction has been blocked by the bank). When the due payment is done, you will be able to change the plan.

Perfecto , si, espere a que terminara mi plan starter ; no importa si mi momeda tambien es MXN ?

Is your subscription it in MXN? Could you give me your Shapespark username, so I could take a closer look at your subscription?
