The dark patches may be caused by lower bake settings in the draft version of your scene. Please try baking it in Medium or High quality, and make sure to enable the AI denoiser.
You can also increase the custom lightmap resolution for the cabinets to improve the lighting detail in those areas. (You can do it in the Object Tab)
