Decals in Shapespark?

If the png lightmap is glued over the existing texture, is it possible to work in the same way with decals?

In Twinmotion I don’t notice the distance from the floor or walls.

Shapespark doesn’t support additional layers of base color (diffuse) textures, so decals cannot be implemented in this way. The only way to avoid creating an additional decal mesh distanced from the wall is to overlay the decal on the texture in an image editing program. Then, this special version of the texture would be applied to the surface the decal is meant to be on.
