Duplicating or Creating objects in runtime

Is it possible to duplicate an object, along with its textures, during runtime?

No it’s not possible. Could having object clones imported from the 3D tool and hiding/showing some of the clones in runtime work for you?

Really aiming to take the power of shapespark to create more dynamic scenes that can connect data sources and become a bit more scalable.
