Do I understand correctly that you are using Backburner for other renderer than Shapespark (Shapespark doesn’t support Backburner), but the Backburner server isn’t starting after you have installed Shapespark?
Does the users RENDER48 and RENDER51 from your screenshot refer to Windows users on two remote machines used as rendering nodes? Are you using Shapespark on these nodes? If not, could you uninstall Shapespark from these machines, and check if it fixes the issue?
