Hi, i have export finished from SU to shapepark but i can’t open scene , and the error message saying :“Scene Failed to load. Reload the page to retry”.
help me please.
Does the ‘Upload’ button work for this scene? If yes, could you send an error report from the Shapespark application main window ‘Help & Support’ tab and copy a link to the uploaded scene to the report?
