one of my clients who connects with a Mac encounters an SSL error, invalid certificate unsecured site and he cannot connect… do you know where this could come from?
I have a subdomain for Shapespark scenes
One of the potential reason is an older version of OS that does not support ISRG Root X1 root certificate that it at the top of our SSL certificate chain. Which macOS and Safari versions does your client use?
I don’t know, I’ll ask him during our next meeting. At worst, I will update it.
