Export failed due to the size?

Dear,

I have tried to export my space from Sketchup (1.2GB) to Shaepspark.

I already tried it 4 times. But it says that the export is failed. The reason is time out.

Is this because of my labtop’s Ram or graphic card? Or is there some maximum limit for downloading the file from Sketchup?

We have a timeout mechanism in place that terminates the export if it takes too long, so to avoid SketchUp being frozen forever.

However, I am not sure if it’s a timeout or some other issue than occurs in your case. Could you share the SKP file with us for analysis (eg. via https://www.wetransfer.com)?
