I have the following revit error please help!
Itrying to export a large scene but doesnt seem to work whatever I try.
Could you send us a problem report from the “Help & Support” tab of the application? The report will include application and exporter add-in log files which should shed some light on the issue.

I’ve gotten the same error when I try to export to update an existing scene. Any suggestions?
Hi Barnes. Wojtek has confirmed through an email yesteday that they are working on a fix for this and an update will be released by the end of next week I believe. Fingers crossed

We’ve released a new Shapespark version 2.5.3 which, among other changes, fixes this issue.
