Export to shapepark

when i try to export from sketchup to shapepark i see this faild message all the time.

  1. incompatiable character encoding: CP949 and UTF-8
  2. Scene does not exist

Could you send us a problem report using the “Help & Support” tab in the desktop application? The report will contain application logs, including SketchUp exporter logs, which would be a good starting point for troubleshooting the issue.
