FBX import from 3ds Max flips lights -90 on x axis

All my lights from my 3ds Max fbx export come in with the lights rotated -90 so that they are all facing up, my main directional light for sun and all my spotlights in the scene. This wasn’t happening at one time. Is there something I can do to fix in my export settings? Thank you.

It’s hard to say why this is happening without an example scene. Could you send as an example fbx file (through private message)? It would also be useful to know what are the FBX export settings in 3dsmax (a screenshot would do).
