Geometry Becomes Low-Poly in Shapespark

When my partner imports my fbx, created in Blender, an object that is physically 75mm high looks really low-poly. I have included ref pictures to see the difference.

What could be a work around for this, please?

To reduce the scene size and the download time, by default Shapespark reduces vertex representation precision when the scene is imported. You can increase the precision in a way described here: Shapespark releases - #161 by wojtek
