How Do I Change my Profile Name?

I just worked out that if a client searches our company name that these posts are appearing in google.

I’ve tried to change the profile name but this doesn’t seem to be possible, can ShapeSpark please tell me the easiest way to get this done. I don’t really want our customers being able to see our posts in this forum for obvious reasons.

Please click the user account icon from the top-right corner of the forum. Then, in the top-right corner of the drop-down menu you will see a gears icon. Click the icon and it will take you to the account “Preferences” where you will be able to change your username.

I see. So this means that only admins can change the username. I’ll do it for you. What username would you like to use?

That would be great, if you could change it to"Random" that would be appreciated.
