I would like to inquire about the problem that the material does not come out when exporting from 3ds max.

uvw map is also set to 1.0,
They are all made of v-ray materials, but they are not visible when exported.

Another way I tried it, I exported the modeling to FBx and tried to import it. It’s sad, but it’s the same thing that the material doesn’t import.

In this case, is there only one way to get a bitmap image from Shapes Park and put a map in it?

It sounds like your V-Ray material setup is not supported by the Shapespark exporter. To transfer the texture to Shapespark you can simplify the material setup to a VRayMtl with Diffuse texture configured.
