I request attention to the instability problem that I have been experiencing in meetings when sharing my computer screen. What happens is that, even without instability in the video conference, screen sharing stops appearing for some participants.

To help us troubleshoot the issue, would it be possible for you reproduce the issue in a meeting with 2 or 3 participants, such that all participants open the meeting with &savelog URL suffix, for example: https://<username>.shapespark.com/<scene-name>/#meeting-key=<key>&savelog? This would send Shapespark viewer logs from the participants’ browsers to our servers, and help us analyze the issue.

Para nos ajudar a solucionar o problema, seria possível reproduzir o problema em uma reunião com 2 ou 3 participantes, de forma que todos os participantes abram a reunião com o &savelog sufixo de URL, por exemplo: https://<username>.shapespark.com/<scene-name>/#meeting-key=<key>&savelog ? Isso enviaria logs do visualizador do Shapespark dos navegadores dos participantes para nossos servidores e nos ajudaria a analisar o problema.

Thanks. I performed the test in a conference with shared screen and the error happened several times and this time I could see that it occurred mainly when a user entered or left the meeting.
