We are developing a custom system using the Shapespark Viewer API to enable material changes and switch objects.
We are experiencing an issue with Anchor visibility:
In the original scene URL, Anchors are correctly displayed on the kitchen and washbasin.
In our API-integrated system, those Anchors are missing. Instead, an unintended Anchor appears above the bed.
I have attached two screenshots comparing the original view and the API view for your reference.
We want the API view to match the original scene exactly. Could you please advise which part of the API implementation we need to adjust to fix this?
