Issue with opening inside the ios

Hello ShapeSpark experts!

We recently built a virtual gallery 3D scene which works great in the desktop environment, however, we run into issue with iPhone. Please see attached screenshots.

Could you please let us know how to fix the issue?



We’ve managed to reproduce issue. Sometimes complex scenes can fail on mobile devices due to memory limitations. However, it seems in your scene main challenge for mobile GPU might be too high count of lightmaps. Could you try to limit max lightmap count to 4 or less?
