Rather face movement to left and right it is possible to di lateral movement to left and right .

it solve my big problem

You can also move with WASD keys instead of arrows, A and D keys strafe instead of turn the camera. Does this solve your problem?

No, its not possible to change the keys. On mobile there is no way to strafe, only to turn the camera and walk straight ahead.
