Project transfer: If you still have the projects in your Documents\Shapespark folder, you can copy them from there and upload to your new account. To logout from you test account to be able to login to your company account, either delete the test account (https://cloud.shapespark.com/#settings) or remove a file C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Shapespark\auth and restart Shapespark.
Custom branding: you can show your company logo in the upper left corner of the viewer and hide the Shapespark logo in the lower right corner.
Account rename: If this is still a trial account, the easiest way would be to delete it in the https://cloud.shapespark.com/#settings and create a new one with a different username and email. If this is already a paying account, please send the current and a new username and email to support@shapespark.com and we will update them.
I would like to know if after the expiration of the license, at least it was written earlier, everything continues to work, except for updates, and I am also interested in whether a bundle can still be made?
When you buy a perpetual license you get one year of free:
software updates
hosting for 25 scenes
10000 meeting participant minutes
support
After this year passes, the above features are no longer valid. So, you don’t get software updates, your scenes hosted on our infrastructure become unavailable, and you can’t use meetings. However, you can still open and create scenes in the desktop application, and create bundles for self-hosting using the desktop application.
And I have another question. I have a problem when I want to log in from another computer. It works on one, while not on the other. I am sending you a picture attached to see what it is about.
The Shapespark version installed on the other computer is newer that the newest version your 1-year software update period entitles you to. It must have been installed by another Shapespark user. Please:
Uninstall Shapespark (the scenes won’t be removed from this computer).
