I think this is just a very simple but really helpful if I can change the material positions of " materials to pick" (like I can change the position of views) in Material Picker since our customers normally list the materials in specific order and if I have make some mistakes or change the setting I have to go to the pool and add the materials again one by one.

This is a problem with ‘Materials to pick’ list not having any element selected by default, and the list shows reordering arrows only for the selected element. If you click a material on the list to select it, the arrows will be shown and you will be able to reorder. We will work on adding a default selection, so this action is clearly visible.
