I have an issue where a material used for a chain link fence is not transparent when exported to Shapespark from Revit. The material utilizes a cutout map in Revit. Is this not supported?
Yes, the cutout map is not supported, however Shapespark supports transparency information in the alpha channel of the base color map. Could you combine your base color/diffuse map with the cutout map in an image editing program, and set the combined map as the new base color/diffuse map in Revit and re-export the model?

Is this something you will be looking into automating for the Revit exporter in the future?
We will keep this in mind, but I am afraid, we won’t be able to implement it in the near term.
