Meeting connection lost (Code: T20151) then “Failed to join the meeting” – no avatars working

Hi,

Since this morning, none of my Shapespark scenes with meetings are working.

At first, I get the message:

Meeting connection lost (Code: T20151)

Then, after clicking “Join again”, I get:

Failed to join the meeting. Is your link valid?

No avatars appear and the connection to the meeting server never establishes.

  • All scenes are hosted on the Shapespark cloud.

  • Tested on several browsers, networks, and computers.

  • Same result even when opening the scenes directly (not inside an iframe).

I checked https://status.pubnub.com/ and saw that PubNub is currently reporting issues, mainly in the US region — but could this also affect Shapespark users in Europe?

Are you still experiencing issues?

There was a major outage in Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, that affected services Shapespark meetings are built on (eg. Twilio). According to https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status the fix has been deployed, so the meetings should be operational again.
