Naming change: anchors are now called triggers in the editor

In the last release we decided to change the name anchors that was used for clickable spheres and sprites to triggers. The name anchors turned out to be not too intuitive, wasn’t used much and often required additional explanation. We hope that the new name works better.

The new release also adds an ability to configure any object in the scene to be a trigger. We will post a demo shortly.
