Hello, Im new to Shapespark so I dont know if the problem Im having is because of something Im doing wrong or thats just the way the software is.
I can’t export files from 3dsmax to Shapespark because of this error message.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me!

I think it’s a bug from Shapespark
I was able to successfully export the scene from 3ds Max to Shapespark, so there must be some issue with your Shapespark installation. Could you send us a problem report from the “Help & Support” tab of the desktop application, so we could analyze the application logs?
