Hi , my scene it was failed loading and failed to open editor. May I know have any solution of that ?
@Chan_Jun_Mun, could you send the scene folder (from Documents\Shapespark) to us for analysis?
In the meantime, could you back up the scene folder, and try to update the scene from your 3D modelling application (using the “Update an existing scene” export type in SketchUp, or the “Update” button if it’s an .FBX, .DAE, .OBJ file)? Sometimes an update can fix a scene that fails to load.
