Recurrent Disconnections in Meet Mode Since This Morning

Hello Shapespark team,

We’ve been experiencing frequent disconnections in Meet mode since this morning within our Atlantis environments. This issue particularly affects users connected simultaneously, making meetings unstable.

Could you please confirm if there is any ongoing maintenance or technical issue on your side?
We are using the latest version of Chrome with WebGL enabled on properly configured machines.

Thanks for the report. We don’t see any issue with our core servers, but one of our service providers, that meetings are build upon, has a technical issue in Europe and is working on resolving it. It looks like it might be the reason for your disconnections this morning.
