Save failed: 'name'

Hi,

After making a color change in a file that I had previously rendered and then loaded no components into, I imported it from SketchUp to Shapespark. Then, when I made any changes in the edit phase in Shapespark and saved it, I got the error Save failed: ‘name’. What might be causing this error?

Could you send us a problem report from the “Help & Support” tab of the application? The report will include application log files which should give us additional troubleshooting information.
