"Scene failed to load. Reload the page to retry." on Safari only

I can’t open any scene on Safari browsers (phones/mac) but it works fine on Chrome (Win/mac)

Hi

We had to update basis loader for new versions of Safari - please bundle your scenes with current version of Shapespark application and re-upload them to fix this issue.

Alternatively you could add #nobasis to the end of url to disable basis compression temporarily and load the scene properly on iOS17

So instead of:

https://demo.shapespark.com/demo-room/

End link with #nobasis

https://demo.shapespark.com/demo-room/#nobasis

Or combine with other parameters with ‘&’

https://demo.shapespark.com/demo-room/#autoplay&nobasis
