Scene failed to load. Reload the page to retry

Hello. Im trying the software. In the middle of a bake, my PC restarts. And now, thath message appears. Where are the files saved? Are there an autobackup file? Thx (Sorry my english. Salutes from Argentina)

Hello. Please try updating the scene from SketchUp or with the ‘Update’ button from the main Shapespark window. Does it help?

I have this same issue tried to update and duplicated the scene. I have so many cameras and buttons set in the scene!! is there any way to recover

Scene is working fine just has this message

@my3ideas, could send the scene folder Documents\Shapespark\<SCENE-NAME> to us at support@shapespark.com, so we can analyze the issue?

Solved

I had a sky HDR, when I deleted it the error went away,
I added the sky again and all was fine??

Only took 7 hours to figure out, :smile:
I was editing the json files trying to copy all my cameras to a new scene, noticed the backup scene that was working had no Sky texture.
