When I tried to import a scene from Blender into Shapespark, I met this issue:
My Shapespark version is: 1.9.0.0
Blender version: 3.2
May I ask what could be the problem and how should I resolve this issue?
What 3D file format are you using? Could you try exporting your Blender scene to other format from the glTF, FBX, DAE set?
