I know this is a problem that pops up but i couldn’t find a way of fixing it myself, not sure if there is a fix you can recommend?
Though when upload or bundle the whole get the Failed to generate web texture error.
This is a bug introduced in the latest release, we have managed to find the source of the problem and are working on a bugfix release.
could you show me the way to download older version ?

We’ve just rolled out Shapespark 2.8.1 which fixes this bug. Restart the Shapespark application to upgrade to the new version, and upload your model again.
