Hello guys, i hope some of you can help me, i dont why the shapespark cloud wont let me change de plan from starter to standard, it says that the change will be processed, but nothing happen.
I want to upgrade to standard plan. Thank you for your help.
I’m sorry for the delayed answer. Some time ago we have reduced the number of supported currencies and Mexican Peso was among the dropped currencies. The change did not affect existing subscribers, they continue to be charged in the currency that was available when the subscription was started. But it looks like our reseller (Paddle.com) does not allow to change the subscription plan if the currently active plan currency is no longer supported. You would need to cancel your existing plan and subscribe again to the Standard plan in USD.
