Sketchup is good. Shapespark i got strange lines.

im having same issue,
is it because of triangulation of polygons?
what i do is in skecthup i add line to somehow connect atleast 3 vertex (points) to minimize this,
sometimes it works sometimes not.
how do we actually deal with this, thank you
